We understand plans change. Here's our cancellation policy. Domestic trips: • 7+ days before departure: full refund • 3–6 days before: 50% refund • Less than 3 days: non-refundable International trips: • 30+ days before departure: full refund • 15–29 days: 50% refund • Less than 15 days: non-refundable Special circumstances: • Medical emergencies with documentation: reviewed case-by-case • Trip cancelled by BaeCation: full refund within 5 business days • Natural disasters or force majeure: full refund or free rebooking Refund processing: Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method.
